Overview

As part of the support experience, we eventually want Ara device to self-heal itself. The device should detect the problems in the hardware and software on its own. And find the solutions as well. The first step to achieve this is to create AI-based help and support content so the system can start pulling the best support article, video, or 1:1 Help if needed.

Problem

Help content is never easy to find. How might we make help articles, tips, tutorials, and 1:1 support easy to discover for Ara users?

Solution

Ara users can speak to their devices and ask for support. AI-based systems of help content and support will bring the most helpful content based on the problem mentioned. We are achieving this by leveraging the existing Android system of voice commands.
